The Bexley™ community is located in Pasco County, approximately 20 miles north of Tampa. The 1,700-acre community is planned for approximately 1,200 homes, including a mix of multifamily, townhomes, and a variety of single-family homes. Acorn worked with the Bexley team to develop a comprehensive signage and wayfinding program that brought the Bexley brand to life in the built environment.
