QUIRK HOTEL

This cool boutique hotel is an adaptive reuse of existing buildings on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Richmond. The Quirk Hotel offers 75 guest rooms and suites in an Italian Renaissance style building built in 1916. The expansive lobby features original columns and groin ceilings. Guest beds are made from floor joists salvaged from the original building. The maple and pine hardwood floors are original as well, refinished for a contemporary, sophisticated elegance.
